Metaphor The Leadership Cycle

Introduction:

Leadership and management are the front and back wheel of a bicycle.  The front wheel is leadership, and the back wheel is management.  The front is the direction (strategy, shared meaning, shared valves), the back wheel follows but provides power. A bike can only be a bike with two wheels. (leadership& management) The shaft, and chain provide the personal energy to the cycle. These are the personal competencies that are within us.
