Questions to reflect on for your leadership point of view

A leadership point of view:

Leaders have a blueprint within their minds which represents what kind of leader they are, what they want to do and why they need to be a leader. Leaders  are human beings with values and worldviews shaped by their own experiences. In the best leaders, these values and experiences lead to a personal leadership philosophy—what I  like to call a leadership point of view. This concept comes from Ken Blanchard. Take some time to reflect on the questions as you develop your own leadership point of view. The answers will help you develop your who you are story and what you desire to create as leader. It will help you tell the story why people need to follow you.  Take the time to begin to develop your leadership point of view if you desire the leadership role. Enjoy
